    Step 1

    将全鸡腿洗净抹干水份,加入所有腌料,腌至少30分钟或置于雪柜过夜。Wash chicken whole legs, pat dry and marinate with condiments for 30 minutes or overnight in fridge.

    Step 2

    将鸡腿排入在烤盘,以200度烤30分钟至表面金黄微焦,取出,备用。Arrange chicken whole leg in tray, bake at 200° for 30 minutes until lightly golden brown, dish out.

    Step 3

    冷鍋下橄欖油,放入洋葱丁、胡萝卜和西芹拌炒均匀后,放入烤鸡。Saute onion, carrot and celery in wok with olive oil, and then put in the chicken.

    Step 4

    倒入蕃茄糊和纯净水拌炒均匀,陆续下剩余材料B。Pour in tomato paste and pure water; and then follow with remaining ingredients B.

    Step 5

    煮滚后转小火慢慢炖煮约40分钟,即可配以手撕面包、米饭或面条一起享用。Once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer 40 minutes; and then serve with tore bread, rice or noodles.
